Brixx offer a range of services and support to help with your use of the Brixx Software—from help documentation within the application, comprehensive support tools available via the website to Partners with in‐depth sector knowledge and expertise giving advice on plan validation, audits, treasury, tax, etc.
People - We provide technical support to all our customers via phone, email or through our website. We also offer on‐site consulting and training services.
User Groups - The Brixx User Groups are drawn from the sector community and are an ideal forum for users of the Brixx Solutions to meet and discuss best practices, top tips etc. The group is run by the users, for the users, with meetings held in England, Scotland and Wales.
Training - We have a range of flexible training options designed to get you up and running quickly, whether youʹre just getting started, need to review the fundamentals, or are an intermediate or advanced user.
Internet - Each registered Brixx User has a login to our website, allowing members access to a comprehensive set of support tools, including: discussion forums, technical notes, FAQs, demonstration plans and manuals.
Users can download the latest releases and updates to the software, including the build notes for each release that detail the major changes.
Application - Within the software, there are several support options available including: Help text on objects, searchable user manuals,tutorials, user hints, built‐in history list for tracking changes and the ability to add plan and object specific comments.
