S&W has an experienced business plan validation team, and has been a fully certified Brixx partner since 2007. During the last twelve months we have undertaken thirteen business plan validations in the social housing sector, reporting to Boards, financial institutions and the Tenant Services Authority. Our own models have often formed the basis of working capital statements in public offer documents, and have been subject to review or audit by financiers and/or other firms of accountants.
