Brixx Solutions Ltd (Brixx) is a provider of advanced financial modelling solutions for Registered Social Landlords (RSL’s) and Housing Associations (HA’s) in England, Scotland and Wales. More than 200 HA’s are now using Brixx to support their financial planning process, including circa half of the ‘Development Partners’ identified by the Housing Corporation. Brixx is pleased to announce the schedule for delivery of a financial modelling solution for Local Authorities and ALMOs based upon the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), which is being developed in conjunction with its Value Added Partners. Brixx will continue to work with its major partners, HQN and Tribal Group plus a small number of LAs and ALMOs to refine and finalise this solution through Q1 2008.
