Faithorn Farrell Timms has managed and administered an extensive portfolio of projects in recent years, including property maintenance, improvements, alterations, refurbishment and new build developments of almost every building type and end use.

We are able to undertake all aspects of design and contract administration, from preparing drawings, writing specifications, overseeing the tendering process, site supervision and cost control, through to agreement of contractors’ final accounts.

We also have the knowledge and expertise to arrange a successful transfer of tenanted and vacant stock between Registered Providers and can achieve this in a timely and cost-effective manner from identification of suitable properties through the tendering process to completion of the sale.
